Here are the instructions to clear cache on Buzz TV boxes.

Click the house button on your remote to make sure at desktop.

1) Goto Settings

2) Click on More

3) Click Apps

4) Click Buzz TV 4 or 5

5) Click Force Stop

6) Click OK

7) Click Clear cache ( DO NOT CLICK CLEAR DATA )

8) Click OK

9) Push and hold green power button then click reboot
